I was disappointed when I looked at the Inventory of homes for sale in Jupiter Florida for zipcode 33477
Jupiter florida is one of the nicest parts of southest Florida and Im proud to call it home.
Is it that home prices are still too high?
Or are we looking at at least another 12 months before inventory levels off?
This is a great Beach town community that I think offers great pricing, Think 3/2/2 cbs with vaulted ceilings and only 5 minutes to the beach for $400,000. I was suprised to see supply -v- demand at almost the same level as last year.
I believe we will see this pressure for some time yet as people in these beach communities have the cash to hold out on selling their homes.
So we are seeing new inventory on the market everyday from people who have been holding back on placing their home for sale.

Yes, prices are still too high. I’m looking at that zip code but we are a young family and need 4b. Seriously, the cheapest 4bd on the market now is $865k (looking at realtor.com)? Give me a break.

33477 is not easy for a value play
as most people feel the beach area
is worth $100 plus more than homes only a mile away.
I think 33458 might offer youa better value or 33410 (Palm Beach Gardens)

Yes Homes are selling
But not to sound like a Realtor ( I am )
It looks like the absorption rate of homes for sale -v- closed homes are still the same level as 12 months ago
We know there have been a great # of homes sold in this zip code, and at some prices that we did not believe would go this low .
People are placing their homes on the market at a rank near the rate of homes sold.
This is keeping a selling price depressed even in one of the nicest parts of North Palm Beach
