What Homes are Selling Now?

What types of homes are selling best right now? Some realtors say low-priced second homes are the niche to focus on, while other agents are standing by moderately priced primary residences in Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens. Personally, I say any property that’s priced right is a “hot property”. What’s your opinion?

Where Are the Hot Communities in PBC?

Even in a down market people are still buying and selling homes. The trick is to seek out the hot communities that aren’t as badly affected by the economic turn of events as some of the neighboring communities. Where are the hot communities right now in Palm Beach County?
