Communities Covered in Short Sales!

We all know that the number of short sales on the market are increasing, but it seems like some neighborhoods are seeing more short sales than others. Has anyone noticed specific neighborhoods that seem to have a disproportionate number of these distressed properties? Why are some communities getting hit harder than others?

Short Sales… Bargain or Hassle?

How many people out there are getting increasingly frustrated with short sales? Several potential buyers I know started out really excited as they put in offers on bargain-priced short sale properties, only to end up impatient and angry after getting the run-around from banks for months on end. Are short sales worth the hassle?
